Saw Mill Warranty Policies

  • 90 Day Warranty. This warranty will not include labor in the event that the part that Saw Mill provides is defective.
  • 6 Month Warranty. Part purchased will be warrantied up to 6 months or 6000 miles whichever occurs first. Mileage will be requested when purchasing from our Salesman. This warranty will not include labor in the event that the part that Saw Mill provides is defective.
  • 12 Month Warranty No Labor. Part purchased will be warrantied up to 12 months or 12,000 miles whichever occurs first. Mileage will be requested when purchasing from our Salesman. This warranty will not include labor in the event that the part that Saw Mill provides is defective. Warranty is not transferable and is for one time use. This warranty applies only to in-stock parts and its availability is up to the sole discretion of Saw Mill Auto Wreckers managers.
  • 12 Month Warranty With Labor. Part purchased will be warrantied up to 12 months or 12,000 miles whichever occurs first. Mileage will be requested when purchasing from our Salesman. This warranty will not include labor in the event that the part that Saw Mill provides is defective. Labor will be paid at a rate of $50 per hour according to Mitchell. Labor Reimbursement will be capped to the amount that the product was purchased for. Warranty is not transferable and is for one time use. For example an engine is purchased, labor is reimbursed and the exchange unit is defective labor will not be reimbursed for the exchange unit unless another labor warranty is purchased. This warranty applies only to in-stock parts and its availability is up to the sole discretion of Saw Mill Auto Wreckers managers.

Saw Mill Engine Warranty Policy

Saw Mill Auto warrants to the original purchaser the internal parts of its engines to be free of defects for the period shown on the invoice.

 

The parts covered by the warranty are the engine blocks, cylinder head and valves, cam shaft, connecting rods and bearings, pistons, rings, oil pump, crankshaft and bearings, rocker arms, lifters, and other internal parts. Excluded from this warranty are all fuel injection parts, water pump, all electrical parts, hoses, lines, intake and exhaust manifolds and gaskets. The warranty is voided if the timing belt is not replaced before installation.

 

Warranty does not cover damage caused by timing belt failure since the belt was provided by a different supplier and not Saw Mill Auto Wreckers.

 

Calibration and adjustment of excluded parts is also excluded from this warranty. Warranty is also voided if installer does not use new oil and new oil filter prior to installation. Labor will only be paid up to the max cost of the replacement part if a labor warranty is purchased from Saw Mill. Please see our warranty selection for terms.

Saw Mill Transmission Warranty Policy

Saw Mill warrants to the original purchaser, its transmission will be free of defects for the period of time under our warranty.

 

The parts covered by this warranty are the transmission case, all internal parts and the converter.

 

Excluded from this warranty are transmission mounts, shifting linkage, flywheel and all other external parts and problems that result from not installing new input and output shaft seals when installing the transmission.

 

Warranty will be voided if the unit wasn’t installed properly including the reprogramming of the transmission computer and valve bodys. Labor will only be paid up to the max cost of the replacement part if a labor warranty is purchased from Saw Mill. Please see our warranty selection for terms.

Saw Mill Return/Exchange/Warranty Policy

  • KEEP YOUR RECEIPT, NO CLAIMS, EXCHANGES OR WARRANTY WILL BE MADE WITHOUT IT.
  • Sales paid by check will be refunded after 14 days with a check.
  • No cash refunds – any refund will be made by company check unless buyer paid by cash and is willing to pick up the refunded cash at our location of 12 Worth St, Yonkers NY, 10701.
  • Sales paid by credit card will be refunded by credit to the credit card.
  • There is a $50 fee for bounced checks
  • Warranty date starts at date of sales on this invoice.
  • Returned parts must be in the original condition.
  • Returns may be subject to a handling charge.
  • All returns must be authorized by a salesperson or manager. Delivery drivers are not authorized to approve returns.
  • Buyer agrees to pay all fees and costs associated with collection of this debt and agrees to pay 24% APR Finance charge on all overdue balances.
  • Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges on items that were not needed or improperly ordered.
  • Seller is not responsible for buyer error.
  • No warranty or reimbursement on labor unless management approved in writing.
  • If, at the seller’s sole discretion, a non warranty return is allowed, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
  • All price adjustments must be made at time of delivery
